Introducing Summer School for 2020!
Our Summer School offers up a purposeful programme of live briefs and virtual workshops to help students and graduates develop relevant skills and industry connections as they ready themselves for the world of work.
Below we're sharing a special summer quartet of live creative briefs from our partners at Art Fund, Habito, Winsor & Newton and the Met Office. These briefs will enable emerging students and graduates to get stuck into real world challenges over the summer, for 'learning by doing' around some of the most urgent cultural and commercial challenges of the day. The deadline for entries to the Art Fund brief is the 4th September. The extended deadline for entries to the Habito, Met Office and Winsor & Newton briefs is the 11th September.
Those who most outstandingly respond will be rewarded with:
— Industry mentoring and knowledge sharing, tailored to their goals.
— Financial awards.
— The opportunity to develop ideas alongside our partners' teams.
The aim with our Summer School is to support next-gen talent at a time when education and graduation have been deeply disrupted, to help transition into the industry and to enable the social learning and knowledge sharing that YCN is known for in our work with leading organisations around the world.
